V Groone Depth

adversely affected by disfigurement, dents
or damage of the V groove itself. The blade
motion and the parallelism of the table surface,
which could be called the life line of the
V grooving machine.
The cutting depth is corrected automatically
be the touch sensor method so changes in
temperature and other time can be ignored.
Straightness of the V Groove
As the cutting tool frame and the sheet pressing
frame are seperated, the straightness of
the cutting axle is not affected by deformation
of the frame at the time of pressing.

As a consequence, our machine is comparatively
heavy. However, warping is less likely to
occur.
